If you are going to Sibu Island (Pulau Sibu) off the coast of Mersing, you have to board a boat at the dock here at Tanjung Leman, two short hours drive from Johor Bahru, or 4.5 hours from Kuala Lumpur. Book the Tunjuk Laut Beach Resort, the only accommodation here at Tanjung Leman, or a tent in the camping available, remember to bring your own equipment.

The boats leave from Tanjung Leman to Pulau Sibu every day at 9 am, 2 pm, 6pm and 9pm.
